Questions that begin with "Do" are always answered with yes or no at the beginning.
Example: Question - Do you like playing soccer?
Answer - Yes, I like playing soccer.
Question that begin with "At" and refer to time are always answered with the subject first and give an specific time as well
Example: Question - At what time do you go to bed?
Answer - I go to bed at nine o' clock.
Questions that begin with "How often" are always answered with adverbs of frequency.
Example: Question - How often do you wash the dishes?
Answer - I always wash the dishes.
